I want to be able to print without having to enter a department ID or PIN. I also want to use the Remote UI. I don't mind using a PIN for the Remote UI, but I want to get rid of department ID and PIN. I can't seem to do both for some reason.

You can change the settings from the remote UI so you do not need to enter the department ID to print. You can use the steps in the link HERE to log in and change the settings.
