Have anyone had this happen with their laser printer?
We have a Canon MF 642Cdw laser printer and we keep getting a single magenta line down anything we print besides on regular paper. We have tried printing on envelopes (of various sizes) and on cardstock paper and we get this very thin, single magenta line down one side of any of these surfaces. Anyone have an idea of what were doing wrong or why thats happening? Thank you!

Hello Mnselby,
The issue looks like it could be caused by the paper settings used on the specialty paper or a problem with the magenta toner cartridge. You can try reseating the magenta toner and checking the inside of the printer for any loose toner powder on the inside of the printer that you can wipe up with a damp cloth.
We would be happy to assist with the issue. To provide some feedback or some troubleshooting steps, we would need some additional information.
