imageCLASS MF451dw - Won't Print Correctly On 1099 NEC Forms

I'm printing from a Canon ImageClass Laser Printer our 1099 NEC Forms, but only prints on the top copy and not the carbon pages that are suppose to have the same information printed. 

Anyone have this issue? What do I need to do?

Hello, 

Carbon copy paper needs pressure to applied to the top page so copies can be transferred to the other pages. Carbon copy paper would only work with handwriting, and devices that strike the paper like a typewriter. Unfortunately, that type of paper would not work with inkjet or laser printers.
