I'm dazed and confused. Tried prining envelopes, but honestly they disappear! Can anyone explain where to find them?  Thank you\\

That is correct Danny. I FINALLY found them, but would like to find out how they got stucl inside.  Thank you.

Hello, 

When loading the envelopes, make sure they are loaded so they are in a portrait orientation. If they are loaded in landscaper they can get stuck in the printer. You can review the steps found in the link HERE to see how the envelopes are loaded.
