My printer will not recognize the scanner anymore since upgrading to iOS 14.0 Sonoma. I have reinstalled the scanner drivers and it will not scan. It prints fine and I can flat bed scan a single image through the Canon MF Scan Utility using the photo option. However any attempt to scan with the document feeder gives the following message
Cannot communicate with the scanner.
The cable may be disconnected, or the scanner may be turned off.
Check the scanner status and try again.
Scanner driver will be terminated.
Error code: 600007

That error would point to a communication issue or the incorrect scanner option is selected at the top of the scan utility. You can check the top of the scan utility to see if the software has the MF260 series or if it is set to MF260 series (network). If you are connecting via USB, you can check if the cable connection is secure and the scanner is connected directly and is not in a USB hub or extension.
