imageCLASS MF264dw II Error e805-0001

I get error after printer one page I get this error e805-0001 and it says to power off . Power off does not help. I don't see this code in the manual any idea on a cause or fix. Thanks.

I Googled the failure code and it came up with a link that discusses the code associated with another printer.

If the code is used the same way for both printers, it points to a failure with a cooling fan.

I saw the same article this morning. I'm not familiar with the 264, and am not sure it has a fan?

The code would pint to a problem with the hardware and it would usually mean the printer needs service. If you are getting a e805-0001 error, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 or checking your service options by logging into your MyCanon account.
