My printer has been working fine for a year, but recently the language has switched from English to Chinese when specifying preferences for printing a the current document. The language on the machine's screen is still English.
How can I fix that ?

Hi zayde,
Welcome to our Canon Forum!
We usually see the settings change on your computer when the printer driver or the application/program you are printing from has become corrupted. When you specify the preferences in a different application, are they in Chinese too? If the preferences are not in Chinese, then the printer driver is fine and I suggested you reinstall the program you were originally having the issue in. If the preferences are in Chinese in a different application too then I recommend you uninstall the printer driver then download and reinstall the printer driver from our web site. Click HERE to go to the Drivers and Downloads page for your imageCLASS MF236n.

Thanks.
Before I uninstall, how can I save accumulated data such as Fax numbers ?
