We bought 5 printers for our company and 1 of them is having this problem, we send something to print and the printer just beeps and dont print nothing or send any error, we try over ethernet and usb, its the same in either cases, if you scan something it doesnt have any problem. We already update the firmware and the correct drivers are installed, we are using Win10.
Can someone assist us with this issue

Re-confirm you have installed the toner and set up correctly. Remove and reinstall the paper trays and covers, ensure all are closed and/or inserted properly.
Try printing from another machine. Does this work?
If its prints after scanning successfully... >> You can call Canon.
If you don't want to deal with it, I'd exchange at the retailer.
