imageCLASS LBP6030w Computer Can't Find Printer via USB

Tried for 2 hours to set up lbp6030w. 
computer can’t find printer.  Hooked up by USB CABLE. Have windows 10 or 11.  Went to regeister  printer for warranty website just goes into stall mode and nothing happening.

1. What web browser are you using to create a MyCanon account and what message or screen appears when the site stalls?
2. During the USB setup, do you get any specific errors or any errors when you try to send a print?
3. To find your version of Windows, you can press the Windows key and the letter R key at the same time. In the run box that appears, you can type in winver and click OK.
