I have two issues with a recently purchased D1620.
Using word or any software if multiple copies are selected to print the printer only prints one.
Second – I have industry specific software that I created a template for an envelope. The software thinks it’s an 8.5 by 11. But with an envelope loaded in the Canon it refuses to print. Likely because of the ‘mis-match’.
Have a Brother, a Samsung and previously an HP that performed these tasks with no problem.
Am I missing a setting? Or has Canon decided that its printers are smarter than the computer and human operator?
