imageCLASS D1620 top scanner scanning with a crooked resulted image

Hello. Whenever I scan something from the document feeder, the resulting image that gets emailed is crooked. Does anyone know how to fix it? I am putting the document in straight and when it scans, it sends a crooked picture.

1. What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?

2.If you try to make a copy from the feeder, is the copy crooked as well?
