If you are getting dot's or streaks on your prints, you can try Cleaning the fixing assembly 2-3 times to see if the dots stop appearing on your prints. If the dots are still there, you can try reseating the toner and checking the inside of the printer for any loose toner powder that can be wiped with a damp cloth. You can also inspect the toner cartridge to see if it is leaking. If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like there might be something wrong with the hardware or the toner cartridge.
