image class mf634cdw - need to do a factory reset. Can someone provide the Instructions please.

 

Tried calling the call support - but no one ever picks it

Hello Darius - thank you for the response.

 

My issue is, i get the "system Manage Login" screen and i cannot get past that. I used the default password (7 thru 1) but that doesnt work either.

 

Is there a way to reset the system manager login passeword that lets me get in and thereby allows me to move forward.

Call #1 dropped after over 2hrs on hold

Call #2 dead air after product identification

Call #3 dropped after 35 min on hold

Call #4 on hold for 35ish min so far

I will wait on hold, I get it. I will not tolerate y'all hanging up on me after I have waitied.

 

Call support the support line he says.......

Buy an Epson is what it is looking like.
