iPF670E ink tanks cannot be recognized

first time replacing ink cartridges in iPF670E. Original Canon product replacements. Machine will not recognize. Tried replacing, reinserting - nothing. Any Suggestions?

Hello,
Having the same problem, Printer states that ink tanks cannot be recognized. They are both PFI-007MBK genuine cartridges
What should I do?
Please help.
