iPF6400 File Name Printing on Image

jeegunkim

Hey Canon Community,

I just replaced the right head on my iPF6400 and everything seems to be working fine.

However, after performing firmware updates, the file name of any image I print ends up printing on the top left corner of my prints and I cannot figure out how to disable this for the life of me.

Any advice?

Thanks!

Hi jeegunkim,

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?  If using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?

What applicaiton are you printing from?

Hello.

If you are using the Photoshop plugin, make sure that the "Print Information" option is unchecked.  Details can be found in the iPF6400 User Manual which is available for download at the following link:

imagePROGRAF iPF6400 Manuals

Information about this option can be found on page 477 of the PDF file.
