i-SENSYS MF657Cdw Next Scan feature not working

I have recently buy a Canon MF657.

Using scan button, with the exception of black and white scanning, where it work as I expected, the next scan doesn't work. It is turned gray, so inactive, and the window of scanning is closing immediately after 1 page scan. So it makes different .jpg colour pages, for every page I scan. But, my purpose for this scanner is to scan pdf colour multipage documents, pushing button "next scan" until I end the scanned book.

Please help!
