Hi,
I just purchased this imageCLASS MF642Cdw printer (used) and replaced the cartridges with authentic Canon cartridges. I have yellow streaks in the documents I've tried to print. When trying to correct these issues using your suggested steps (adjust gradiation, cleaning ITB, etc.), I noticed yellow had a gradient that wasn't filled out like the other colors (see pictures below).
I've tried shaking the cartridge but nothing improved. This cartridge is 100% full. Do you have any suggestions to fix this issue?

Greetings ,
For clarification, your printer model is actually a MF642 CDW. I know the 6 kind of looks like a b but it is a 6.
I think you've done all of the recommended steps you could possibly do. Bought new toner. Adjusted the gradation. Cleaned the ITB. There is also a fixing assembly but I'm not sure it will help.
@James_C corrected the title. 😊

Unfortunately none of those solutions helped 😕

I doubt it's the new Canon cartridge. The problem is that since it's used you have no idea what cartridges they were using throughout the printer's life, or even if this is a new problem. Have you taken a look at the transfer belt?
