I can't find any information about the error code E25 on my multifunction Canon i-SENSYS MF3010 printer-scanner-copier.
This error code comes after scanning to pdf from the Canon MF Toolbox 4.9 and is intermittent. In order to re-scan I have to manually turn off the printer and start again. There is no problem with normal copying at the moment.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
