mf743cdw annoying electronic sounds when fan starts up

I just got this printer but there this low electronic sound when the fan is activated, not sure if this normal or not.

Also I cannot register the SN# over Canon website...the tech support said there is an issue with the website, they are creating a ticket for the webdev but have no ETA. Saw similar thread in October 2022 and it's still nor fixed after 3 months!
