how do I scan multiple pages into one pdf document using Canon imageClass mf227dw

I have a canon imageClass mf227 dw and I'm using a Mac Pro.   I can't get it to scan multiple pages into one document.  Help!

I have a MF227dw.  For several years I was able to scan multiple pages into one PDF.  Suddenly, no matter the settings, it immediately creates a single page before I can do anything.  On the stock "PDF" scan it has a settinf for PDF(multiple pages) but when scanned with it it only scans one page without scanning multiple pages or giving an opportunity to scan multiple pages.  On the cusom settings the pdf(multiple pages) option is not even there.   I have manipulated all settings on all, including auto, platen and feed.  I have deleted and updated the driver and downloaded new.  I have uninstalled and installed the software.  And oh yeah, it prints multiple pages without trouble.

If the MF227dw isn't scanning multiple pdf pages with the appropriate setting selected, you may need to uninstall the Canon drivers and scanning software, restart the computer, and the reinstall the drivers and scanning software.  The latest versions are available for download, free of charge, at the MF227dw Drivers & Downloads page:

If that doesn't correct the problem, please let me know what operating system is on the computer.
