Every time I try printing something, it says error code 1651. Could you help me? I need help printing something.

It would be helpful if you could tell us the model of your Canon product?
In general, the error is related to the the Canon print plan / inc. Replenishment Subscription.
Most likely the printer is not able to recognize or detect the inks installed or the printer is not connected to the internet and cannot communicate with the servers monitoring ink replenishment for your device.
You can log into your MyCanon account and click on subscriptions in the navigation pane.
