imagePRESS C810 Bad color printer after resolving error code

We had an E000007-0021 error code.  Tech came out and found the upper fixing belt assembly was bad (had a tear).  We replaced the part and machine cleared the error.  For some reason, our color is not printing good now.  We ran a test from Service Mode and the colors look amazing; however, when we print a file / copy a file from the machine / print from a USB, the colors are bad.  These files have all been printed prior so they are not corrupt files.  Spot colors seem to print / copy fine.  I've done full auto gradation, color matching, and changed all toners.  Still no improvement.  Strange thing is the colors from auto gradation and tests from service mode look great.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you in advance.000 Test Print.jpg1.jpg2-01.jpg3-01.jpg
