drawer priints fine; manual feed reduces and moves image

MF743Cdw on a MacBook

I've tried printing from both Word 365 and Acrobat. My cousin is able to print my files with no problem, to either 8.5 x 11 or (as specified in the files) 8 x 5.5.

I can print fine to letter size from the drawer.

When I print to the 8 x 5.5 size on manual feed, the image is reduced by about 30% and only the top inch of it is on the paper.

If you could reply to this message with the information below, we can provide some assistance. What version of the Mac operating system are you using on your computer? To find your version of the Mac OS click on the apple in the upper left hand corner of the screen and then click on about this Mac. Does this only happen with certain files or does this issue occur with new documents as well?
