did not use MAXIFY MB2320 for a while, bought new ink, not printing colors normally, inks gone!

I recently purchased brand-new original ink for this printer, but I haven't used it in months. printing issues with printer ink. I cleaned it thoroughly, but magenta still does not print, and the inks are running low, with one completely gone!

Hello Iboarman,

If the printer sat for an extended period of time without being used, there is a chance that the magenta ink nozzles are clogged with dried ink. If you have already tried several cleanings and deep cleanings to the point that the ink is low, it looks like the printer needs service.

In this situation you can check your service options by logging into your MyCanon account or contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. 

Any idea how much is the cost for the service repair?
