We have a used Color imageRUNNER C5180 hooked up to our local router in our small office. I am trying to print to it from my PC which is using Windows 7 with an ethernet cable plugged into our router.
When I try to print, it looks like the computer is sending it but nothing happens on the printer. I tried installing (and reinstalling) the printer driver but that did not help.
A visitor came by yesterday with an Apple laptop and was able to print to it using our WiFi connection (without installing any drivers!) Also, I can use my PC to scan documents using the C5180's scanner.
Any ideas on what might be wrong? Thanks.
