I have a MF753Cdw printer. Lately, I have noticed that documents are staying in the print queue EVEN AFTER THEY PRINT. See screenshot below . . . all of these documents have already printed. I have tried the option to "cancel jobs," but they just show up with endless message of "deleting, sent to printer, in queue" (second screenshot below). I have also rebooted & powered off the printer. I am using a DellXPS8940 desktop computer with Windows 11 Pro. Thanks in advance for your help.

Windows is notorious for print queue issues. If the printing went properly, the problem is not likely the printer. Have you tried restarting Windows to clear the queue?

Thanks for the response. I have rebooted the PC a couple of times (as well as the printer). Is that something different than re-starting Windows?

No that's it. I use a Mac now, but recall having continual problems with stuffed up Windows print queues. I'm sorry I have no other solution for you. Maybe someone else will chime in.
