blue ink full, not printing after deep clean - Maxify GX6021

Hi,

Blue ink is full, and not printing. I have done a deep clean, and it shows faintly a few thin lines at the bottom of the print page. The ink is from Canon, and came with the printer. What do I do next?

If the blue ink is only printing a few lines, you can try 1-2 deep cleanings to see if it resolves the issue. If the blue ink is still missing, you can try reseating the color print head that the ink sprays out of to see if more ink starts to appear. While reseating the color print head, you can inspect the ink lines attached to the print head carriage. If the cyan ink line looks empty, you might need to perform an ink flush.

On my Canon Maxify GX6021, the blue ink window was stained, and all colors appeared full, when the blue was actually empty.  It did show when you scrolled to maintenance or whatever the ink level was empty on that one.  I saw where you should be able to wipe it clean, need to see how to do that.  The black ink lasted me over a year.  The blue about a year and half, and haven't had tor refill the red or yellow yet.
