Where can an 118 toner be recycled?

My Color imageRUNNER C5180 is printing blank pages when making a copy or printing regularly. Help!

My IR C5180 is printing blank pages. I've tried everything; Turning it off, unplugging it, putting in a new toner cartridge, etc. It won't print copies or any documents sent from my computer. Could someone please help?
