OS: Windows 10
Printer: Canon i-sensys LBP7018C
My computer is unable to detect my printer. I tried plugging it in several different USB ports, but it did not work. Other devices connected in the same USB port are detected by my computer and work properly. The printer is on, and the USB port on the printer's side as well as the computer's side is connected. I went to the device manager, "Universal Serial Bus controllers," and there is a yellow-triangled sign on one of the items, which is "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)."
I have had this printer for about two-three years, and it has worked fine. I first faced this problem yesterday, and it has persisited.
Thanks in advance.
