After a Windows 11 update today, my TS9520 printer will not print any files created after the update, although files created before the update print fine. I have tried rebooting the laptop, cycling power on the printer, reseting the print spooler, deleting and reinstalling the printer and different combinations of all of the above. The printer will cycle a piece of paper through it, but prints nothing and there are no error messages. Anybody else having this issue? Suggestions for a fix? Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Windows sometimes installs generic drivers that cause conflicts. Try rolling back to a previous printer driver.
Go to Device Manager (search for it in the Windows search bar). E-ZPassNJ
Expand "Print queues" or "Printers."
Best Regards

Greetings,
Did you have Canon's Printer drivers installed previously?
Is your Windows 11 PC ARM based?
The support portal for the TS9520 is currently down.
A windows update would not selectively allow you to print based on file creation date. I'm sure there is another explanation.
I've notified the Web Services Team about the support portal.
