Where do I get some support on brand new printer (Canada)

Purchased MF750C.

I sent an email to support, nothing ever came back

Posted msg on X, got (after a prompting) "sorry, what do you need?" I wrote back, some questions answered...crickets.

With Brother, I could be on chat within minutes and the issue resolved quickly. I'm pretty much at the point of returning this machine for lack of support. It's a great printer, but not 100% functional to us.

If anyone from customer support is reading this, can you advise best way to get some help?
