Purchased MF750C.
I sent an email to support, nothing ever came back
Posted msg on X, got (after a prompting) "sorry, what do you need?" I wrote back, some questions answered...crickets.
With Brother, I could be on chat within minutes and the issue resolved quickly. I'm pretty much at the point of returning this machine for lack of support. It's a great printer, but not 100% functional to us.
If anyone from customer support is reading this, can you advise best way to get some help?

Before you contact them, please be sure to find your printer's exact model number. "MF750C" refers to a family of printers with the zero being somewhat of a placeholder in its name. For example, here in the United States, we offer the imageCLASS MF751Cdw and the imageCLASS MF753Cdw. The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right.
