It's like it's got something stuck but I can't find anything. Have pulled down the back panel and that seems to solve the issue for a couple of copies, then it goes right back to the black out lines. Have changed the black ink. It isn't the scanner because it'll print out the lines even when I print from the computer. Any ideas.
