I INSTALLED THE  DVD WITH THE SETUP BUT THE PRINTER DOES NOT PRINT

I HAVE WINDOWS XP

I will be glad to assist you.  I have just a few more questions.

 

1.  How is the printer connected?  Is it connected directly to the computer via USB cable or with a LAN cable to a router?

2.  Was the printer connected to the computer while the drivers were being installed?

3.  Are there any error lights blinking on the machine or error messages on the display screen?
