I have an MB2120 Maxify printer that I really like. I put in a new black ink tank and it isnt printing. I went through every option on the maintenance menu without success. I would like to swap out the ink tank as part of my troubleshooting but I dont seem to be able to since the printer thinks its full and its not time.
How can I change out that ink tank?
Thank you!

I'm having the same issue only my XL-Black is dried out. I bought all new tanks as the others were needing changed and now I can't use the printer because I cannot change the dried out black. I've wasted half of the CMY tanks trying to do print head cleanings hoping the idiot printer would finally recognize that the tank was not working. Nope. And there is absolutely no support unless you pay $20. Last time I buy a Canon. This is ridiculous.
