Hi,
When making copies through the ADF or from the glass, copies are shifting to the right (trailing edge?) by a quarter inch and sometimes more. we have two newer ir 6055's that don't have the same shift when copying. The tech says it's normal and there is no adjustment for it. I know it has not always done this (believe me, the end users would have let me know). The tech said he was going to research it (maybe even read this :)) and then get back to me. I was hoping maybe I could find out something while waiting for him to get back to me. Anyone seen this problem before? Thanks.
