I'm getting a lot of toner splatter from my MF644Cdw. I've tried the cleaning the fixing assembly and ITB with no improvement.

Greetings,
Are you using Canon toners or 3rd party?
Are all colors splattering or just one?

Hello,
The issue you are describing usually points to a faulty/leaking toner cartridge. You can remove the cartridges and check for any loose toner power in the printer or if any of the toner cartridges are leaking. If the dots/splatter are one specific color, it usually points to an issue with that toner cartridge.
