Small plastic piece came out after paper jam - Color imageCLASS MF743Cdw

Hi, we had a paper jam on our MF743CDW and after we cleared the jam we noticed this small plastic piece. We have no idea where it goes, have looke through diagrams etc. Now our copies come out crinkled with smeared toner. Any help would be appreciated!

I recommend reaching out to support.  The printer has a 3 yr warranty.  If you have not registered your device, start there.
