Scanning Error of MF232W

I don't know how to scan by using MF232W.

I did several times to install 'Scan Utility' in below site but it doesn't work.

I have used win 10 and installed the driver for win 10 correctly.

The following error message appears.

I will be glad to assist you. However, I will need to ask a few questions. Please answer the questions below:

 

1. What happens when you click the Software tab on the driver download page, and then click Download for the MF Scan Utility?

 

2. Which web browser are you using to download the file?

 

3. Are you saving the file before you run it?

 

4. If you open your Downloads folder, do you see a plain yellow folder icon with the name: "win-mfscanutility-v1700"? If so, please open it and keep opening any other folders until you see the Setup.exe file that is listed as an Application. Are you able to install the program?
