Hello,
I recently purchased a brand new Canon i-SENSYS MF655Cdw printer and have been trying to set up the "Scan to Folder" feature on Windows 11. After nearly 3 hours of watching tutorials and troubleshooting, I haven't been able to configure it properly. I keep encountering errors #801 and #806
I've ensured that the folder is shared with the correct permissions, but I still can't get it to work. I've also tried various methods when "Registering New Destination". The only step I haven't taken is creating a new Windows user, as I believe that might be the only remaining solution.
If there are any other relevant topics or suggestions regarding this issue, please let me know or point me in the right direction. I would be grateful for any tips or a step-by-step tutorial to help resolve this.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards!

weird answer from @samanthaW. Support in EU is practically non existent and there's no community like this one.
