Hello, I recently uploaded new updates for Imageclass printer. I'm getting error messages when printing a test page. I contacted Canon Support and still have not been able to print test page or any documents. Support had me go through several steps and finally told me that there's something on my computer that's preventing me from printing. Since I was ale to print from my cell phone without a problem. I have taken off the firewalls but i'm still unable to print.
Do you have any suggestions?

Hello,
I have resolved this problem by deleting the printer previously setup on my computer and resetting the printer to its factory setting. I then reloaded the printer setup on my computer and printing correctly resumed. Now the only thing left for me to do is setup the scanner.
