I've had this machine for years, now about a month ago the Scan and send to my computer no longer works. I have not changed anything. Did a Windows update do something to this? The display says "scanning", then "sending" then "resending" then "no response". I have 3 computers on my network, and it is the same with all of them. I have a Canon Imagerunner IR-ADV C2020. Scan to email works fine. Any ideas?

Instead, your dealer will be able to help you. If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.
