Printing Problem on MF642cdw

I have a MF642cdw. Look at my printing, please help.

Anybody know what it is going on?

Hello ALLANJZ,

It looks like the image transfer belt needs to be cleaned or there is something wrong with the hardware. In this situation, you can try 2-3 cleaning of the ITB using the steps in the link found HERE. If cleaning the ITB does not resolve the issue, you can also try removing the toner cartridges and checking the inside of the printer for any spilled toner power that you can wipe up. If you continue to have the issue, it would mean the printer needs service and you can check you service options by accessing your MyCanon account Using the link HERE.
