I have a Canon 6255.
Intermittently, regular letter-sized print jobs sent to the printer attempt to pull the correct size paper from the legal tray. Not finding any letter paper in the legal tray, it gives an error message. I then have to manually redirect it to pull from one of the two letter trays.
I checked all the settings as far as designating each tray for the correct size paper they contain (we have two for letter, one for legal, and one for 11 x 17) and they seem to be correct. They match what I have on another printer where I've not had this problem.
Any ideas?
