Hello, we have an imageCLASS MF229DW connected over WiFi and we're trying to print from Windows 10.
We have the default driver installed and it prints fine. However, we have a need to use the UFR driver for a specialist product. We have installed the driver from the UFRII_V4_PrinterDriver_V70_05 software download but the printer reports that it's in an error state and we can't even print a test page.
I have tried a couple of things that I've read about on these forums such as:
1. Restart Internet router
2. Turn off all anti-virus and firewall software
but I can't resolve the problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi golfmad.
The UFRII_V4_PrinterDriver_V70_05 driver requires that the Canon Office Printer Utility be downloaded from the Windows Store, so that you are able to use the driver. Have you downloaded and installed this utility?
I look forward to your reply. If you need immediate assistance, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).
