Pages come out with a red/pink to the whole paper

I have an imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5235

Almost everytime I print with just black, the pages come out just fine.

The monement I print with color, the whole piece of paper has a light redish/yellowish tint to it.

I've searched as much as I want to on the internet and found no help so here I am.

I have printed a page with a small line of each magenta, yellow, and cyan individually with each color to try and narrow it down to maybe one color.  They all came out the same.  I then changed the yellow and cyan and printed again, same results.  Print black and white and it comes out fine.  I ran the printer through all of the self cleaning and.....nothing.  I'm guessing its one of the rollers?

Figured maybe someone on here could help first?

Hi, zkonrad001!

Thanks for posting! While our forum community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products. Instead, your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.
