Only printing one at a time

Ive been trying to print on 5x8 Indeex cards. Everytime i print my Canon MF743Cdw prints one at a time and an error message comes up about mismatch size and i have to click on the drawer i want to feed the paper from. It wll print one more then the same error message will appear. Ive tried changing the paper size on the printer and it does the same exact thing. Can someone help me out ?

You are using a MF743Cdw with windows 10.

You are printing 5x8 index cards.  Are you using the paper drawer or the multi-purpose tray?

Please provide the steps in your workflow.  What program or application are you printing from, etc.
