Multiple various time of day calls to Canon USA at (800)-652-2666 always indicates Wait Times exceed 1 hour!
Any other better method to get efficient answers to technical questions and official Canon support?

Greetings,
I've used the chat feature after logging into the support portal. It was quick and fairly painless.

Rick,
Thanks for the reply and Canon Chat support suggestion but not finding that option?
Registered printer and have myCanon Account where only options under "Service & Support" appear to be "Canon Forum" (here), "Phone Support" and "Product Support" which leads to Drivers, Documentation, etc...
FYI & FWIW, printer is new, still within 30 days returns period so haven't registered for any paid (CarePak?) support option.
Somewhere else for Chat?
