Not Happy Color Image Class MF656Cdw

Bought this printer at Best Buy about a month ago. I have tried several times to install the drivers and other software. I put the printer as default. It decides when it wants to print and when it doesn't. It won't scan to computer so I have to save it to a thumb drive and then use the thumb drive on my computer. Now yesterday it was printing okay. Today nothing will print. So what lake should I throw this expensive pos in?

John has a great suggestion.  Your printer has a 3 yr warranty from Canon.  I doubt anything is wrong with it, but it won't do well without It's drivers and utilities.  I have 2 MF's.  They are super reliable.

What OS are you using the printer with?  How is it connected and to what?  What software have to tried but failed to install? 

If you'd like help here, please answer those questions, or Contact Support, I'm sure they can help as well.
