Hi I have a multi-function office printer that does not have a model number any where on the device. I checked the top and front and it only says Canon. On the back I have a serial number that starts with PMB and is followed by five numbers. Is there a way to determine model number by providing serial number of device?

Try looking on the bottom. There might be something there. If not, what model toner cartridges does the unit use? 🤔

Thanks for joining the conversation, larryandlani! Judging by your photo, it looks like it might be a member of the imageCLASS MF5900 series. If it is, then the model number should be on the upper left portion of the printer's control panel as shown in the example below.
Please let us know what, if anything, you find!

Print some different configuration pages and test pages. One of them likely has the model name/number on it.
